Cancellation policy
The customer reserves the right to cancel his order, as long as the payment and order submission process has not been completed, by removing quantities of products from his cart. In addition, if the registration of your order has been successfully completed, the customer can request its cancellation by contacting the store by phone in the following cases: Only if the order has not been processed & a transaction receipt has not been issued.
If the order for which cancellation has been requested has been paid for by credit card, the charge will be canceled after contacting the store manager by phone.
In cases of inability to process an order due to workload, power supply problems, weather conditions, technical problems and other causes, the order is canceled and the customer is immediately informed by phone.
